Nourish provides faith-based devotional content for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without permission. 

Nourish provides spiritual and devotional content for encouragement and growth.
It is not intended to replace professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care.

We make no guarantees regarding spiritual, emotional, or personal outcomes from use of the app.

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address.
Account access is provided via a secure one-time login code sent to your email.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.

Some features of Nourish require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
   
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
   
• Subscription management and cancellation must be handled through your device’s account settings
   
• Nourish does not control billing or store payment information
   

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.

All content, including audio, text, design, branding, and logos, is the property of Nourish or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. 

We strive to provide consistent access to the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features, content, or services may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time. 

The app is provided “as is.”
Nourish is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nourish is registered.
